We centered our design approach on the client's philosophy on how buildings should function and how buildings should perform in the hostile waterfront location where the project is located. A deeply pragmatic analysis of who used the building and when, coupled with the long tradition of user seniority and social hierarchy informed nearly every aspect of the building and its site.
