The owner approached our team with a unique design challenge which required that we integrate an existing steel building laying in pieces off-site to a piece of property they acquired which included sensitive wetlands. We needed to ensure that the design was powerful enough to attract a lessor that would stay long-term and provide the best fee.

Our response was Thermal Dynamics and its ability to be rapidly rebranded if needed. The interior program and design is proprietary to the aerospace tenant, but features ISO rated assembly areas and secure storage with class A offices and amenities.

We also developed and provided marketing materials for the owner and their real estate broker partners to empower the sale of the project.
