This mixed-use building strategically located at a prominent intersection will feature a public pedestrian plaza aimed at providing an attractive and safe gathering place for residents and visiting community members. Our deign team used the planning and zoning challenges of the site to our advantage to inform how the building meets the ground and to direct the building's mass to reflect the owner's vision. Durable materials and strategically deployed lighting, entrances and landscaping provide a safe and equitable public/private gathering space both inside and outside of the building at the ground level.

Retail and amenity programs are planned along with 25+ on-site vehicle parking spaces with EV support as well as over 100 bicycle parking stalls in a secured room. Spacious units are mixed with 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom and studio apartments.
